I am a beginner in all things gym, let alone CrossFit! From the moment I stepped foot into CrossFit, I felt at home. Everyone is so welcoming and there is no judgement on your abilities or the way you look. I am an overweight, unfit lady and I did not feel like people were staring or judging me on my lack of abilities! Everyone’s there for the same reason & I felt part of the group straight away. If you’re considering CrossFit Retford and are unsure about it, I say just do it! If I can do it, literally anybody can!!
