Welcomed at the door by a Crossfit Retford coach
Gym tour and equipment induction to prepare you for your first session
When you arrive, our friendly team will greet you at the door and give you a quick tour of the gym to help you feel at home. Then, a CrossFit Coach will guide you through a 60-minute class, structured as follows:
Start with dynamic stretches and mobility exercises to prepare your body for the workout.
Focus on movements like powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, or gymnastics to build your strength and improve technique.
Experience a fun, high-intensity workout that combines weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio to challenge and inspire you.
